Based on the article, ‘Food safer for pets and people thanks to new FDA regulations’, it was said that the new FDA regulations in United State will be able to ensure the food safety for both the people and pets. However, such regulations will only be carried out in July.

I am surprised that FDAs will soon be able to suspense food products that are found to be manufactured in an unsafe condition, for at most thirty days even without any evidence to support. Previously, FDAs was only able to suspense food products if they have proofs that the product can actually bring harms that threaten the health of consumers. The next FDA regulations will also be carried out in July to ensure that foods imported from other countries are safe for consumption and will only be accepted if they have proofs that the products were never once rejected by any other country before entering United States.

In my own perspective, I am really glad that these procedures will be carried out in July to ensure the safety of food before consuming, though I believe that such stricter regulations may bring about unhappiness and inconvenience for both exporters and manufacturers, I feel that it is still the right decision to make for the sake of the health of both consumers and animals. As I am sure in under any circumstances, consumers will still like to intake foods that are manufactured in a safe condition, regardless of what country as long as they are handled safely.
